ㅍ제 목 : 금년 중 「한·러 자원협력협정체결」 합의 - 한·러 자원장관회담에서 진전 - 보도일 : 1999. 5. 31 (월) 소관과 : 산업자원부 구아협력과 (Tel : 500-2411) 금년 중 「한·러 자원협력협정체결」 합의 -------------------------------------------- - 한·러 자원장관회담에서 진전 - ㅇ99.5.28(금) 오전 열린 한·러 정상회담에서 양국정상간 「한러자원협력」 체결에 대하여 합의함에 따라 鄭德龜 산업자원부 장관과 러시아의 빅터 칼류 즈니(Victor Kalyuzhny) 연료에너지부 장관은 이날 오후 17:20-18:00 양국 자원장관회동을 갖고 한러자원 협력문제를 협의하였다. ㅇ양국장관은 양국간 자원협력협정 체결이 양국 모두에게 이익이 된다는데 공감하고 구체적인 협력방안에 대하여 의견을 교환하였으며, 鄭 장관은 지속적인 협의를 위해 금년내 칼류즈니 장관의 방한을 초청하였고 칼류즈니 장관은 이를 수락하였다. 또한 양국 장관은 양국자원장관회담 준비를 위해 조만간 실무협의를 갖기로 합의하였다. ㅇ한편 한국측은 「한·러 자원협력협정」에 한국의 자원개발 참여시 최혜국 대우 부여, 에너지 자원의 탐사, 개발 및 효율적 이용을 위한 협력, 합작 기업설립 등의 협력사업을 반영토록 할 예정이다. ㅇ兩 장관은 회담 후 합의결과를 반영한 합의록(Agreed Minutes) 에 서명하였다. <참고> 한·러 자원장관회담 합의문 Agreed Minutes on conclusion of *twoquter*the Agreement on Cooperation for Energy and Mineral Resources between the Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation*twoquter* 1. The two Ministers exchanged views on promoting bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy and mineral resources. 3.
